*Please note that the waist measurement is measured on the larger setting and can be made tighter by fastening the second button on the waistband. Back waist is elasticated to also give more room.

• Add a small amount of mild detergent and mix it thoroughly.

• Rinse thoroughly with cold water until all detergent is removed.
• Press the water out of the garment, being careful not to wring or twist it.

3. Drying:

• Lay the garment flat on a clean towel or drying rack to air dry. Avoid hanging it to prevent stretching.
• Shape the garment back to its original form while it's still damp.
• Keep it out of direct sunlight to prevent colour fading.
• Never use a tumble dryer, as it can damage the fabric's integrity.

• To protect the fabric, iron it inside out with a pressing cloth or a thin cotton fabric.
